Dayo
Dayo is a personal daily journal app. This policy describes how the app handles your information.
Dayo does not collect any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
All journal entries and app data are stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to any server or third party. Dayo works entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.
Dayo offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock premium theme packs. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Dayo never sees, stores, or transmits your payment information. Purchase receipt validation is handled entirely by the platform.
If you enable daily reminders, Dayo schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device — no data is sent to any server to trigger them.
Dayo does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs that collect or transmit data. The only external interaction is through the platform's built-in payment infrastructure when making a purchase (see above).
Dayo does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is nothing to misuse.
If this privacy policy changes, this page will be updated with a new effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
